Role Overview

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the entire order lifecycle, from initial customer contact to final delivery. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment and manage inventory levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication throughout the order process.
  • Maintain accurate order data and records within our systems.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
  • Gather feedback from suppliers and customers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing.
  • Process logistics and fulfillment operations to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Provide customized customer support based on individual needs and requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to prevent delays or disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards and procedures.
Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in production planning, customer service, or a related administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing methods and branding techniques.
  • Familiarity with quality control and product testing procedures.
  • Experience with shipping and courier booking systems.
  • Proficiency in data input and review.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • A friendly and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
