Renal Care Nurse

Are you a dedicated and experienced nurse looking for a challenging role in renal care? Diaverum, in partnership with the NHS, is offering an excellent opportunity for a Senior Staff Nurse to join our Lewisham clinic. This intensive training will set you up for success and growth throughout your career at Diaverum.
Role OverviewThis is a full-time position with competitive salary of up to £41,759 depending on experience plus a location allowance. You will be responsible for providing exceptional patient-centered care as a Nurse in Charge and deputizing for the clinic manager when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake patient assessments throughout treatment and take ownership of care programs for renal patients.
- Ensure the delivery of safe and effective care by preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
- Review pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients and participate in quality and service improvement programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong experience in a renal dialysis setting (2 years+).
- Awareness and understanding of the NMC code of professional conduct.
- In possession of, or working towards, a post-registration clinical course in Renal Nursing (ENB 136 or equivalent).
