Hygiene and Maintenance Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join our team at WCS Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of our closed-loop systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from £23,796 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive salary package, you will also enjoy a range of benefits including 23 days' annual leave, 10 additional paid leave days for reservists, and fully serviced company vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular water sampling and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and control temperatures within our closed-loop systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on shower heads and hoses.
- Servicing and maintaining TMVs.
- Cleaning and disinfecting cooling towers.
- Inspecting calorifiers using endoscopic techniques.
- Carrying out mains injection pipework chlorination works.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical services related to closed heating and chilled systems.
- Skills in plumbing and water treatment remedial work.
- Ability to perform acid descaling tasks on boilers, towers, and condensers.
Requirements:
- Demonstrating behaviors that align with our company values.
- Advantageous to have confined space training.
- Good computer skills required.
- A valid full driving license is essential.
