About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our UK-based Housing team at NEC Software Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing NEC Housing systems, providing expert guidance to our customers, and ensuring their satisfaction with our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement NEC Housing systems, focusing on configuration and build, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Provide high-quality consultancy services to customers, including Local Authority Housing, ALMOs, and Housing Associations.
  • Develop and maintain training courses and solution design manuals for customers and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Social Housing Management and apply this knowledge to improve our services.
  • Travel throughout the UK to visit customer and company sites as required.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in using NEC Housing, ideally with experience in Allocations, Rents, or Service Charge Modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement Housing systems, with a strong focus on system configuration and build.
  • Excellent consultancy skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to customers.
  • Ability to create and maintain training materials, including courses and solution design manuals.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple parallel projects.
