IT Asset and Cost Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking an IT Asset and Cost Analyst to join our team at Leeds Building Society. As an IT Asset and Cost Analyst, you will provide assurance, control, and oversight of operating costs to the Management team, in conjunction with a Finance Business Partner.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the IT invoice and procurement process, ensuring invoices are approved and returned, challenging cost as required. They will also work with Legal and Procurement on supplier contracts and develop into looking at our IT Assets, rationalising our software estate, software version control and software licensing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee budgets, reporting on operational costs or managing suppliers.
- Provide assurance, control, and oversight of operating costs to the Management team.
- Work with Legal and Procurement on supplier contracts.
- Develop and implement strategies to rationalise our software estate, software version control and software licensing.
Requirements
- Experience of managing or overseeing budgets, reporting on operational costs or managing suppliers.
- Background in IT (particularly IT Asset Management, Configuration Analysis) or finance.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Good problem-solving skills.
