Job Title: Learning Mentor

  • In this vital role, you will provide targeted support to students with SEN, helping them overcome challenges and unlock their full potential.
  • You will collaborate with classroom teachers to design and deliver customized lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Create a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel valued, motivated, and empowered to succeed.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and inform future interventions.
Requirements:

We are seeking experienced teaching assistants with a Level 3 qualification, ideally with placements as part of your course.

A solid understanding of SEN conditions and effective strategies for supporting students.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Flexibility, patience, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with SEN.

Desirable qualifications and certifications in education or special needs support.

Annual Salary: $22,000 - $30,000, dependent on location and experience. About Us:
