**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team in Thetford. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services.

* Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

* Review financial statements and reports, providing insightful advice and recommendations to clients.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on complex financial matters.

* Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

* Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure best practices and client satisfaction.

**Candidate Requirements**

* Extensive experience in audit, with a proven track record in portfolio management.

* ACA/ACCA qualified, with deep technical knowledge and expertise in UK accounting standards.
