Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Retail Store Manager to join our team at Monsoon Accessorize. As a Deputy Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock control.
- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales and Profit Growth: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profit margins.
- Visual Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising and window displays that showcase our products in an attractive and appealing way.
- Team Development: Identify areas for improvement and provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Store Performance: Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales and profit growth.
