About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mathematical Modeller and Simulation Developer to join our Systems Modelling & Simulation Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex mathematical models and simulations to support the design and development of radar systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematical simulation tools/languages (e.g. Mathworks MATLAB, Simulink, Pearl, Python, MathCAD), as well as a broad knowledge of Systems Engineering principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges, and will be expected to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team, and to contribute to the development of next-generation radar systems. We offer a competitive salary of approximately £55,000 dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
