Lead Anaesthetic Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Anaesthetic Practitioner to join our team at a prestigious hospital in Central London. As a key member of our anaesthetic team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, promoting high standards of care, and supporting the growth of our surgical services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership to the anaesthetic team, promoting a positive approach and cohesive teamwork.
  • Work closely with the Theatre Manager to support the growth of surgical services within the hospital.
  • Manage and ensure the provision of nursing care, maintaining high clinical standards, and working in a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements:
  • Qualified RGN (with current NMC registration) or ODP (with current HCPC registration)
  • Previous experience as a Lead Theatre Practitioner or Deputy Theatre Team Lead
  • Experience working within Orthopaedics and Anaesthetics
  • Private hospital experience required for top salary
