Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in the operating theatre department.
- Ensure the provision of nursing care and maintain high clinical standards.
- Deputise in the absence of the Lead Practitioner.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified RGN (with current NMC registration) or ODP (with current HCPC registration) with previous experience as a Deputy Lead Theatre Practitioner. We also welcome applications from experienced Senior Anaesthetic Nurses looking to step up into a leadership role. Experience working within Orthopaedics is essential, and experience within Anaesthetics is also required. To achieve the top end of the salary, you must have private hospital experience.
