The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and a positive attitude. You will be a strong advocate for our clients' rights and dignity, working collaboratively with our team to provide seamless care and support.

With a competitive salary range of £12-£14.20 per hour, depending on location, plus paid mileage, you will enjoy flexible hours that suit your lifestyle. Our comprehensive benefits package includes enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), cycle to work scheme, refer a friend scheme, blue light card eligibility, and access to our in-house app.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering companionship and social interaction to prevent loneliness and isolation
  • Providing personal care, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Administering medication and reminding clients of appointments
  • Cooking healthy meals and maintaining a clean and safe living environment
  • Assisting with mobility and transportation to appointments
