Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Topps Tiles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our products and solutions within the house builder sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture business relationships with key stakeholders to drive profitable sales growth and exceed budget targets.
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' business needs and requirements.
  • Present products and solutions in a structured and professional manner.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals in line with prospecting and pipeline work.
  • Provide local technical advisory support and be recognized as a resource to the customer base.
  • Prepare thoroughly for customer meetings, utilizing our Business Intelligence system.
  • Ensure our CRM system is updated regularly.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal sales support functions.
  • Monitor and self-assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action as needed, in line with objectives agreed upon with the Sales Director.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the house builder sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and solution-focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
