Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Topps Tiles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our products and solutions within the house builder sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture business relationships with key stakeholders to drive profitable sales growth and exceed budget targets.
- Gain a clear understanding of customers' business needs and requirements.
- Present products and solutions in a structured and professional manner.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals in line with prospecting and pipeline work.
- Provide local technical advisory support and be recognized as a resource to the customer base.
- Prepare thoroughly for customer meetings, utilizing our Business Intelligence system.
- Ensure our CRM system is updated regularly.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal sales support functions.
- Monitor and self-assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action as needed, in line with objectives agreed upon with the Sales Director.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the house builder sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and solution-focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
