Job Summary

As a Youth Support Specialist with 4Recruitment Services, you will be working with young people aged 11-17, supporting them to work on their family relationships and enabling them to remain living within their family home.

Key Responsibilities

Provide flexible and responsive care packages of respite, intervention, outreach, and family support.
Meet the individual needs of the family and young people.
Provide emotional and practical support where necessary.
Work with adolescents who present with challenging behaviour.
Maintain a UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.

Requirements

Enhanced Child and Adult DBS registered onto the update service.
Experience of working with adolescents who present with challenging behaviour.
Must be flexible, including some evenings and weekends.
