Children's Home Care Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Children's Home Care Manager to join our team in Herne Bay, Kent. As a Children's Home Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness at all times.
The salary for this role is up to £31,160 per annum, plus overtime paid at hourly rate. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the residential children's home
- Develop and implement individual care plans for each child or young person
