Workforce is a leading company specializing in transport infrastructure projects across the UK. We are renowned for our innovative solutions and commitment to excellence, and we are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and payroll administration.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial statements, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Sage 50, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) statements – experience with CIS is desirable but not essential.
  • Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
Requirements
  • Experience using Sage 50 is essential.
  • Previous experience in an accounting or financial role is required.
  • Knowledge or experience with CIS statements is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
