**About the Role**

As a Senior Delegate and Resource Coordinator within Field Operations at Siemens Energy, you will play a critical role in ensuring service personnel are effectively delegated to various sites across the UK and globally. Your responsibilities will include closely collaborating with the team to manage delegation processes, maintaining high standards of security and immigration adherence, and providing visa support when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Act as a senior delegate for Field Operations, overseeing the entire delegation process from start to finish.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delegation of personnel to various sites, adhering to strict security and immigration guidelines.

• Provide comprehensive visa support, including document collation and application processing.

• Maintain accurate records of GM security registrations for 'at-risk' countries and chase necessary approvals.

• Adhere to all Siemens Energy guidelines regarding delegation of personnel and travel policy.

• Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

• Utilize advanced analytical skills to calculate allowances from given timesheets and liaise with payroll teams.

• Ensure timely provision of information to travelers on essential aspects such as security, immigration, and insurance.

• Effectively coordinate with the BCD travel center to secure correct flight bookings and modifications that meet the required delegation timeframe.

• Deliver successful outages aligned with customer, business, and project requirements for all projects.

• Lead and maintain outage assessments of Agency personnel, providing constructive feedback and developing individuals and Agencies.

• Manage and maintain personnel records for Agency employees, authorizing travel forms, expenses, and timesheets.

• Plan and lead Agency/Third Party worker induction days, focusing on competence management and employee development.

• Foster open communication with all levels of personnel, both internally and externally.

• Assist Field Service Operations Managers in cross-utilizing resources within and external to Siemens Energy (Service) UK, including Facility.

• Manage SQEP processes for Agency employees, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and record-keeping for Agency personnel using designated business tools.

• Promote engagement with Zero Harm and general HSE policies within the Field Service department and among Agency employees.

• Monitor and release Agency invoices in a timely manner, resolving discrepancies with Agency personnel.
