We are seeking an experienced Engineering Contracts Divisional Director to join our team at AT Talent - Rec2Rec. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters and managing a portfolio of clients in the engineering sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in contract recruitment, with a strong understanding of the engineering sector and its talent landscape. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and recruiting top-tier talent, as well as conducting thorough interviews and assessments to ensure a positive candidate experience.
As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire 360-degree recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and their global teams. You will also serve as the authority on industry trends, emerging talents, and global recruitment best practices.
