Job Title: Contracts Divisional Director - Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Divisional Director to lead our Engineering Contracts team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic recruitment plans, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of recruiters to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional client service
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source, engage, and recruit top-tier talent in the engineering sector
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of winning business and lead generation
  • Experience in contract recruitment across any STEM background
  • Strong understanding of the engineering sector and its talent landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
