About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Event Management Lead to join our team at Live Recruitment. As an Account Director - Events, you will be responsible for managing vital accounts on a day-to-day basis, working closely with our Business Development Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client and account management
  • Overseeing and leading the delivery of virtual / hybrid and live events
  • Taking and interpreting briefs from both new and existing clients
  • Working with clients to understand what they are trying to achieve from the event
  • Creating proposals and pitching for business
  • Client management and communication including managing expectations
  • Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Managing multiple events and clients concurrently
  • Budget management and reconciliation
  • Leading and mentoring project teams and clients
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and a passion for creating, managing and running large scale multiple events in either the luxury brand or automotive sector. You need to be self-motivated, comfortable working under pressure, have an adaptable attitude with extremely good communication skills and a sharp attention to detail in all written, creative and numerical work.

Experience in leading and mentoring project teams and clients is a must
