Clinical Nurse Specialist

Careat Limited is a leading provider of specialist care services, seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in supporting adults living with complex mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, and physical disabilities.
As a Tracheostomy trained Registered Nurse, you will be empowered to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. With high staffing levels, you will have the time to provide person-centred nursing care, working collaboratively with a supportive team to maximise independence and build everyday living skills.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, planning, and implementing care for individuals with complex needs
- Providing evidence-based nursing care and developing collaborative care plans
- Safely administering medication and promoting health and wellbeing
- Leading small units as Nurse in Charge and managing challenging situations
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, paid weekly every Friday, as well as local work opportunities near your home address.
