We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to lead our finance team and drive financial management and sustainability across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and management accounting. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisation's vision and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective financial management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including financial reporting and statutory accounts.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team and other stakeholders to ensure effective financial management and sustainability.

Requirements
  • Professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualified financial and operational management experience.
  • Proven experience at a senior level in a finance role with responsibility across the entire finance function.
  • Knowledge of the legislative, tax, and regulatory framework of companies, ideally in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop team members.
