We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Analyst to join our Customer Data Quality Team at B&Q. As a Data Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our customer data.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data quality strategies and operating frameworks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential data quality issues throughout the data lifecycle.
- Design and implement data quality metrics and monitoring tools to ensure data quality standards are met.
- Work closely with the Data Quality Manager to develop and implement data quality roadmaps and frameworks.
- Engage with the wider data community across the group to share best practices and knowledge.
- Support the growth of new channels, services, and digital initiatives through reliable and controlled data sets.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of data governance and quality practices.
- Experience with SQL and other programming languages such as Python or R.
- Knowledge of quality assurance, coding documentation, and version control best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex data issues and develop effective solutions.
- Commercial acumen and ability to prioritize actions and outputs.
