Job Summary:
\We are looking for a skilled GCSE English specialist to join our team at the SMB College Group. The successful candidate will have a strong background in English education and experience in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
\The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge and understanding of English, as well as the ability to plan and use a range of effective teaching and learning techniques. They will also be willing to obtain a relevant teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent) if they do not already possess one.
\Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students\
- Develop and deliver courses in Functional Skills and GCSE English\
- Work collaboratively with the Maths and English team to achieve departmental goals\
- Possess an excellent knowledge and understanding of English and be able to plan and use a range of effective teaching and learning techniques\
- Be willing to obtain a relevant teaching qualification if necessary\

What We Offer:
\The SMB College Group offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 40 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, free onsite parking, and an Employee Assistance Programme.
