About the Role

We are seeking an AI Trainer with expertise in Physics to join our team at Alignerr. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in training AI models to ensure their accuracy and relevance in generating Physics content.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your subject-matter expertise and develop your AI skills in a dynamic and innovative environment. You will work closely with our team to analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs, identify potential biases and limitations, and design and conduct tests to push the boundaries of the model's understanding.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to Physics, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the content.
  • Problem Solving: Provide step-by-step solutions and explanations to complex problems in Physics, using your expertise to teach the AI how to reason through these problems effectively.
  • Red Teaming: Utilize your deep understanding of Physics to identify potential biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base, and design and conduct tests to ensure the outputs are reliable and applicable to real-world scenarios.

About You

  • Enrolled in or have completed an Associates' degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Native-level proficiency in Physics.
  • Possess a strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
  • Have a critical eye and the ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
  • Professional writing experience as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar roles.
  • Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
