Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Nursing Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll assist patients with daily activities, including medication administration, meal preparation, and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist patients with safe handling and transfer
  • Prepare and plan meals tailored to individual needs
  • Support patients in achieving independence, as outlined in their care plans
  • Provide companionship and assistance as needed

  1. Competitive hourly rate: £13.15-£19 per hour, paid weekly
  2. Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs - full-time, part-time, day shifts, night shifts, and weekends

  4. Ongoing support and professional development through in-house courses and funded qualifications, such as distance learning and NVQ Level 2 and 3

Requirements:
  1. You must be at least 18 years old to apply
  2. Hold the right to work in the UK
  3. Be currently studying to become a nurse
  4. Have flexibility with travel arrangements, as some shifts may require driving or access to public transportation
  5. Demonstrate a good standard of English and effective communication skills
  6. Hold an enhanced DBS, which can be obtained upon registration (cost: £56); this will be refunded after a set period of work
