Special Educational Needs Teacher

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Special Educational Needs Teacher at Bath College. You will be working with a cohort of learners with a variety of special educational needs and disabilities.
About the RoleAs a Special Educational Needs Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure the success of our learners. You will work collaboratively with other members of the teaching team to develop and implement effective lesson plans.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure the success of our learners.
- To work collaboratively with other members of the teaching team to develop and implement effective lesson plans.
- To maintain accurate records of learner progress and provide regular feedback to parents and carers.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with learners with special educational needs and disabilities and will be able to demonstrate a commitment to inclusive practice.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, which is prorata for 30 hours per week. We also offer a range of benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
