Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, domestic support, and administration of medication.
  • Encourage and facilitate community activities, such as gym sessions, swimming, cinema visits, and football matches.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but full training will be provided.
  • An Enhanced PVG is required for this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and willing to work varied shift patterns.
