About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Operations Manager. This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in the development and delivery of our apprenticeship programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our apprenticeship programme, ensuring compliance with Ofsted's framework and ESFA audit requirements.
  • Lead on employer engagement, both within and beyond our organisation, to ensure successful delivery of apprenticeships.
  • Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure the successful delivery of apprenticeships and maximise achievement of outcomes.
  • Manage a team of coordinators, administrators, tutor assessors, and curriculum leads to deliver high-quality apprenticeships.
  • Lead on quality assurance and performance against agreed KPIs, ensuring a high level of quality delivery of provider apprenticeship training.
  • Account to the Strategic Board for the apprenticeship provision and contribute to the development of wider professional development programmes.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Ofsted and ESFA requirements relating to apprenticeships, functional skills, and End Point Assessment.
  • Good understanding of the Individual Learning Records System.
  • Experience in managing apprenticeship programmes and leading teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
