We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulty (MLD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in a Primary School setting in Luton, Bedfordshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with additional needs.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students in the classroom, promoting social skills and behavior management.
  • Run interventions to help students catch up on their academic progress and build confidence.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Prior experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with parents and colleagues.
  • A-C grades in English and Maths, preferably with a Level 3 TA qualification.
Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated at £85-£95 per day, depending on experience.
