We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Employment Associate to join our Employment team in London.
Your Role:
- Lead a diverse caseload of employment law matters, including contentious and non-contentious issues
- Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to the team's growth and success
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client service, maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence in legal counsel
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships
- Mentor and support junior colleagues, helping them develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in employment law, with proven expertise in managing complex matters
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to support and mentor junior colleagues
- A passion for providing top-tier client care and a desire to work in an environment that encourages development and collaboration
Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum.
