Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Latham & Bond Human Resources Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency by implementing effective maintenance processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for resolving breakdowns efficiently to minimize production disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement planned preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Resolve breakdowns efficiently to minimize production disruption.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of maintenance strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards in all maintenance activities.
  • Support projects for equipment installation and system improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance engineering roles within manufacturing environments.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
  • Familiarity with shift operations.
  • Knowledge of control systems and automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: £39,000 - £41,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
