Worcester Plant Reliability Engineer
Location: Worcester
Estimated Salary: £37,786 per annum + £1.83 per hour shift allowance (PM week)
Hours per week: 37.5 hours (double days rotational)

- Ensure equipment reliability through routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Implement optimisation strategies to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with the operations team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Experience in plant maintenance and reliability engineering
