Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to lead our technical strategy and drive our technology roadmap. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and resilient software architectures that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Technical Strategy: Collaborate with our business stakeholders to develop a technical strategy that aligns with our company goals and objectives.
  • Design and Implement Architectures: Design and implement software architectures that ensure scalability, resiliency, and security.
  • Lead Development of Service-Oriented Architectures: Lead the development of service-oriented architectures and best-in-class APIs that meet our business needs.
  • Drive Proof of Concept Projects: Drive proof of concept projects to validate design concepts and ensure they meet our business requirements.
  • Evaluate and Integrate New Technologies: Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance our technical capabilities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to our engineering team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Conduct Regular Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of our systems to ensure compliance with business and technical requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ Years of Experience: 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture or a related role.
  • Expertise in Service-Oriented Architectures: Expertise in service-oriented and microservices/micro-frontends architectures.
  • Strong Experience in API Design: Strong experience in API design and management (RESTful, GraphQL, OpenAPI).
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in designing systems for scale and resiliency.
  • Hands-on Experience with Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Proficiency in Engineering Best Practices: Proficiency in engineering best practices, including CI/CD and DevOps.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
