Job Title: Digital Sales Media Planner

Paramount Pictures is seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Media Planner to join our team in Camden, London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring that media planning is completed within the sales policy and deals are reported in accordance with the agreement between Paramount and the client.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expertise to the sales team and wider planning team for best practice across digital forms of media such as streaming, YouTube, and social media.
  2. Pull together multi-market media plans and have a good knowledge of these markets to give sound recommendations to the sales team.
  3. Work closely with the Digital Operations team to ensure feasibility of deals and provide forecasted delivery to the sales team.
  4. Ensure that the sales team's forecasted deals are updated in our planning systems and the booking systems are kept updated with the latest deal details.
  5. Chase copy for campaigns with the agency/client and communicate all requirements for the execution of the media portion of the deal.
  6. Monitor campaign performance and liaise with the operations teams to provide any potential optimizations or solutions and feed these back to the sales team.
  7. Work closely with the Operations teams to compile post-campaign reports with supporting analysis and opportunities for further deals.
  8. Assist in client research to gather information from external sources and regions, as well as assist in sales pitch planning and help build presentations.
  9. Report to the Director and provide assistance to the VP/AD/AM in account management, service, reporting, and strategy.
Requirements:
  1. Must have digital experience, ideally programmatic or in a digital planning/ad operations role.
  2. Knowledge of the advertising and digital planning process for digital video.
  3. Strong numerical skills and ability to demonstrate use of media maths calculations.
  4. Knowledge of international markets is an advantage, as is language skills, but not essential.
  5. Proficient in the advanced features of Excel.
