Job Overview

**Job Title:** Media Planner/Buyer

**Location:** Remote/Hybrid

**Salary:** £35,000

We are seeking an ambitious and creative Media Planner/Buyer to drive brand growth and make a real difference in the industry. Our client is an award-winning agency that takes a no-nonsense, gutsy approach to delivering quick and effective solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients.

This role will involve:

  • Planning, buying, and optimizing across online and offline media channels
  • Monitoring campaign data to ensure success and taking a proactive approach to challenges
  • An active involvement in pitching/presenting for new business opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing clients as a trusted point of contact
  • Following campaign strategies set out by the senior team
  • Supporting junior members of staff to assist with deliverables and help them upskill

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, agency-side, with a focus on comms planning and buying
  • An analytical mindset with high numerical skills
  • An autonomous working style
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills towards clients and colleagues
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to always do their best
  • A finger on the pulse for new industry trends, challenges, and practices
