Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Experience of managing a kitchen in a care setting, with a focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
- Valid food hygiene certificate and a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of catering assistants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with care teams and other stakeholders.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and making a difference in the lives of others.
