About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Executive Chef to join our Prezzo team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality Italian cuisine that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new menu ideas that showcase our Italian heritage.
  • Lead a team of chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes.
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Work closely with our restaurant management team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
