About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychodynamic Admin and Communications Lead to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration of our practitioner training courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for trainees, staff, and partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Organise student enrolment, support academic programme delivery, and maintain accurate course records.
  • Manage relationships to support the overall success of the training department and ensure effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders.
  • Set up training rooms and equipment for both in-person and virtual sessions.
  • Administer student loans and bursary processes.
  • Maintain the learning hub and liaise with accrediting bodies.
About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Administrative experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience of developing processes and implementing change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
