Job Summary
This role involves providing operational support to our organization, focusing on human resources, recruitment, and office management. The successful candidate will work closely with our Operations team to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
The job entails a range of responsibilities, including:
- Implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in collaboration with the People and Culture Manager.
- Handling HR-related inquiries and administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and benefits administration.
- Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinating staff training and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions in collaboration with the People and Culture Manager and the Employer of Record.
- Ensuring accurate processing of contracts, payroll, and adherence to local labor laws in collaboration with the Employer of Record.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources: Implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives; handling HR-related inquiries and administrative tasks.
- Recruitment: Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Office Management: Coordinating staff training, professional development programs, and workshops to enhance employee skills and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
