Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Pastoral Support Assistant to join our team in Kidlington. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in facilitating the emotional well-being and educational growth of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored emotional support to students, promoting their self-esteem and confidence.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized support plans, addressing each student's unique needs.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment, encouraging students to express themselves freely and build positive relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young adults, preferably in an education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Knowledge of child development principles and theories, with a focus on supporting students' emotional well-being.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £24,000-£27,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
