At Back 2 Work, we are seeking a driven and organised individual to join our HR team as an HR Administration Assistant. This exciting opportunity provides a solid foundation for anyone seeking a career in HR within a professional environment.

The successful candidate will provide administration support to the HR Officers and HR Manager, delivering a fast and efficient service to key stakeholders while complying with company procedures and employment legislation.

  • Key responsibilities include providing high-quality administrative support, responding to phone queries, processing documents, and supporting key stakeholders with basic queries on policies and procedures.

As an integral part of our team, you will assist in monitoring the HR Shared mailbox, ensuring emails are responded to in a timely manner, and advise key stakeholders on basic terms and conditions.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively in a team environment. You will be required to maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure that all documentation does not breach data protection legislation.

In addition to your day-to-day tasks, you will undertake a Level 3 HR Apprenticeship and apply learnings and best practices to the role.

Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
