Exciting Opportunity for a Technical Coordinator

A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a dedicated and proactive Technical Coordinator to join a well-established regional housing development firm, driven by ongoing success and expansion.

This role aims to enhance the existing, experienced team by adding skilled coordinators who will assist technical managers and oversee their own projects at various stages of development.

The organization has ambitious yet realistic growth objectives and is eager to recruit additional personnel to secure the future of the department, with the intention of nurturing the next generation of technical managers in the years ahead.

Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate closely with seasoned Technical Managers on 1-2 projects situated in the surrounding areas. As a Technical Coordinator, your involvement will span from the design phase to post-completion. Your responsibilities will include managing engineering and working drawing packages, ensuring the construction of homes meets high standards while securing all necessary technical approvals.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable role, though candidates with varying industry experience are welcome.
  • Background in the residential construction sector.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the planning process.
  • Familiarity with section agreements, including 104 & 38.
  • Confidence in providing support on large-scale projects.
  • Highly organized.
  • Commercially astute.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT applications.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
