About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Moor and Coast Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and administering medications
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and light housework
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to service users
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care is delivered
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent in Health and Social Care
  • Valid driving license and access to a car
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
