About the Role

This strategic advisor role requires extensive experience in consulting, with a proven ability to drive measurable outcomes for clients within the public sector. You will be responsible for advising c-suite executives on transformations within their departments.

  • Expertise in engaging with c-suite executives to advise on departmental transformations.
  • A strong track record of delivering significant revenue through consulting engagements.
  • The ability to inspire, mentor, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Oversight of large, complex transformations ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • The ability to handle high-pressure environments, meet demanding targets, and navigate complex challenges.

Beneficial Background:

  • Experience in building and developing accounts within different government departments.
  • Essential experience in the Department for Business, Trade, and Investment.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic advice on complex challenges to c-suite executives.
  • Oversight of projects to ensure excellent delivery.
  • Thought leadership across projects.
  • Mentoring and developing team members.
  • Risk management and mitigation for client interests.
  • Delivering measurable outcomes and return on investment.

Expectations:

  • Client site presence 2-3 days a week.
  • Account management for a government department.
