- Previous experience in a similar role within the security industry.
- Strong knowledge of the market, main channels, and potential customers.
- Experience selling to distributors and system integrators in the region.
- A proven sales and achievement record.
- Understanding of new technologies.
- Business or technical degree-level education (desirable).
- Intermediate and advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
- Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients.
- Ability to demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgment.
- Ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve targets.
- Logical and well-organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Displays a proactive approach and is a solution finder.
- Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
- Ability to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Process-oriented.
- Clean driving license.
- English language essential.
