Housing Services Manager

We are looking for an experienced Income and Property Specialist to join our housing services team at Waythrough. In this role, you will be responsible for maximising our income, reducing debt and rent arrears, and managing residential leases.

You will work closely with our housing officers and team managers to deal with financial-related issues, including council tax, utilities, and preparing information for invoices. You will also collate expenditure information and create evidence files that are 'audit ready.'

The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with housing-related financial issues, knowledge of Housing Law relevant to social housing, private landlords and tenants, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £25,010 - £35,090 per annum (dependent on experience).

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise our income and reduce debt and rent arrears
  • Manage residential leases and deal with financial-related issues

  • Work closely with housing officers and team managers to ensure effective delivery of housing services
