About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Iron Mountain. As a key member of our healthcare sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing strategic relationships with NHS and private healthcare organizations.

As an Account Director, you will have a strong background in enterprise-level consultative selling, sales process, and outcome-focused sales. You will possess a proven track record of managing and selling into Central and Regional Health Bodies, as well as ICS/ICBs, NHS Trusts, and private healthcare.

You will have experience working with channel partners, hyperscalers, and systems integrators (SIs) and be able to develop solutions that map to customer requirements. Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills are essential, as well as strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to influence and negotiate, make decisions, think in broad terms, and consider the impact on the company. You will also be able to collaborate effectively at all levels of Iron Mountain and customers (to include C-level) on a wide range of topics and issues.

What You Will Bring
  • Significant direct solution sales experience in business process outsourcing, digital transformation, data services, archiving, or similar offerings.
  • Strong background and proven experience of enterprise-level consultative selling, sales process, and outcome-focused sales.
  • Proven background managing and selling into Central and Regional Health Bodies, as well as ICS/ICBs, NHS Trusts, and private healthcare.
  • Experience of working with channel partners, hyperscalers, and systems integrators (SIs).
  • The ability to develop solutions that map to customer requirements.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.
