Vulnerability Management Lead

La Fosse is seeking a seasoned Vulnerability Management Lead to spearhead our global program for identifying, assessing, and addressing vulnerabilities across systems, networks, and applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire vulnerability management process, from identification and prioritization to patch scheduling, while ensuring seamless communication, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive vulnerability management strategy to minimize business risk.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and address vulnerabilities in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure patch integrity and minimize downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Evaluate risks and prioritize vulnerabilities based on exploitability and business impact.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in vulnerability management, with a strong background in technical skills and leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools and cloud/hybrid environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for managing patch schedules and stakeholder coordination.
  • Able to assess vulnerabilities based on risk and exploitability, advising on patching priorities.
