Red Recruitment is seeking an Offboarding Advisor to join our client, a leading telecoms and technology company. As a trusted supplier to thousands of businesses across the UK, our client is looking for a professional to ensure a smooth transition of services for customers who wish to cancel their contracts.

This role involves liaising with customers and internal departments to manage requests, calculate early termination fees, and agree on termination dates with third-party suppliers. The successful candidate will have excellent influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer requests and internal department communications
  • Calculating early termination fees and advising customers on contractual obligations
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers to agree on termination dates
  • Ensuring revenue protection by advising third-party suppliers to stop services billed to the business

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment
  • A customer-focused attitude with a strong 'can do' approach
  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
